Return Policies
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of package receipt in order to qualify for a refund. All returns received within 30 days of package receipt will qualify as an exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags still attached. Please send returns with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. Two Owls will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your Invoice or packing list and a reason for the return so that we may quickly process your return. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return. Shipping fees will not be credited.

All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any product that happens to be received damaged may be returned within the set 7 day return period. Please contact Two Owls immediately to report damaged product note what kind of damage and where on the garment before returning.
